The most infuriating thing that any consumer can come across, is a product that’s advertised to do one thing, to deliver a certain quality of service, but doesn’t. You expect something, you pay good money, and when what you expected isn’t delivered, well, then you’re just peeved, and you’re angry. Because, sometimes you depend on these things that you expect. This is the case with broadband plans. It’s really unacceptable, the way consumers in some markets are being treated. They see the ads on TV, they see the listed advertised speeds, and when they finally get it installed, the service quality’s so variable that it isn’t ever useful. You can’t hook up your broadband video service, because your net’s so unstable. You can’t even meet online, to do some online gaming with your favorite console because your net’s so variable. It’s a tough thing, a tough situation to be in, when you weigh it all out.
